Payments are handled through PayFast. PayFast is a payments processing service for South Africans and South African websites that enables easy, secure and instant transfer of money from online buyers to sellers.
If the package is not delivered within the given time frame, the customer must notify us. If the package received has been clearly damaged during the delivery, the customer must note this to the courier upon receipt and Squash Buddy must be notified immediately about the problem before use of the product.
If there was reasonable damage to the item during delivery we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If the item was damaged during delivery we will cover the delivery charges within reason.
Should we by any reason be unable to deliver the goods, the customer will be contacted explaining the reason for this, where the customer immediately can decide to cancel the transaction. In an unlikely event where the package is lost, we reserve the right to wait for the couriers decision before any replacement products are being sent out or any refunds are made.
It shall also be stated that the customer if dissatisfied with the product at any point has the right to cancel the order for a full refund, including postal charges, before it has been dispatched. After dispatch the customer can return the items for a refund within 7 days of receipt. In this case the full amount excluding the postal charges and alterations/upgrades will be refunded. The customer is responsible for the charges of returning the items.
Conditions for exchange or refund:
We will exchange or refund a purchased item less postage cost and any alteration/upgrades to the original item, provided that:
• there is valid proof of purchase
• it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e. not opened and still sealed with all the security seals and/or original wrapping still intact (if applicable),
• the product is unworn, clean and totally unused and the price tag and any promotional material is attached.
• it is within 6 months of the original purchase date.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Shoes are not returnable if used whatsoever i.e. worn outside or used on a court. We do not accept returns that show any wear, debris in the sole, creases in the material or dirt on the shoes. Items that are in a non-resellable condition will not be returnable. Warranty: Due to the nature of the game rackets, shoes and strings are not under guarantee for breakages after use. We will assist you where we can in directing your query towards the manufacturer.
